The comprehensive IoT platform

is an automated all-in-one system (best-of-suite approach) that allows creation, management and integration of connected SIM-enabled facilities and devices, ranging from ATMs and POS terminals to smart cars and smart utilities in urban environments. The platform features great flexibility, end-to-end functionality and well-defined open interfaces.

The platform is designed to collect enormous amounts of data from a multitude of devices and handle millions of messages per second. So, when we were working on the new solution, we focused on performance, availability and security, ensuring that the solution meets the most stringent requirements. With the level of reliability we managed to achieve, the solution is efficient at eliminating the risk of any data leak and fraud scenario. 

Сonnectivity Management Platform

is a software platform that allows telecom operators to implement efficient network asset tracking capabilities (SIM, connectivity, network activity, etc. tracking and monitoring) and make them available to their customers, connected asset operators working in the IoT sector.

Today’s market offers a multitude of device monitoring solutions empowered by wireless data transfer technologies. However, given that third-party IoT service developers often have no access to the operator’s network or infrastructure, few of them enable real-time SIM card or connectivity monitoring. This leads to problems and sometimes even to end-user misconduct, including fraud. Ultimately, customers risk going into overage, while solutions and services that are expected to be always available may end up with downtime.

Peter-Service offers a brand-new product that enables a telecom network operator’s customer, an operator of connected assets (a corporate customer, IoT/M2M service provider or self-employed individual), to keep track of SIM cards in any devices. No matter where a SIM is (e.g. in a remote or hard-to-reach piece of equipment), no matter what form factor it might have (standard SIM, micro SIM or SIM chip), no matter what network it is working over (classic GSMA or LPWAN), our solution provides customers with SIM management capabilities and comprehensive, real-time visibility into the current states of SIM cards.

The platform enables seamless integration of M2M and IoT operators’ customers and service providers into the telecom network operator’s infrastructure, giving them an opportunity to benefit from the additional value IoT technology solutions may provide.


The M2M API module ensures seamless integration into the operator’s infrastructure, facilitating management, monitoring and control. M2M API is aimed at increasing the operator’s revenue by driving demand for integration capabilities through an extensive use of newly developed solutions as well as collaboration with service providers, partners and third-party developers of M2M and IoT solutions.
Provisioning and Request Manager
The mediation module provides integration of the telecom equipment (switches, access points) and service provisioning platforms (voice mail, prepaid systems, PayTV platforms, VAS platforms|) with information systems that keep data on service and subscriber statuses into a single solution.
M2M Web
The М2М Web module provides a graphical interface for SIM management (M2M portal). It is implemented as a web application that works in any browser.
Online Rating
The online rating module takes service usage (duration or volume) data and applies rates to calculate charges in real time.
Online Charging
The Online Charging module enables real-time balance control and service status management. The module provides high availability through redundancy, ensuring continuous operation, monitoring and status updates.
M2M Core
The M2M Core module automates core business processes involving М2М (Machine-to-Machine) technology, including M2M connection and SIM management and monitoring.
Limit Management
The Limit Management module allows for managing and monitoring service usage and amounts spent on data carried over M2M channels. With its advanced limit rule processing logic, the module helps set service usage and charge-based limits. It runs in real time.
The Notification module implements an extended range of M2M SIM monitoring capabilities, making it possible to track SIM attributes, identify which SIM is in which device, etc. It provides real-time alerts and notifications of events, delivering them to users via the web interface, e-mail or SMS.
Rate Management
The Rate Management module is responsible for managing services and combinations of services, rate plans and package offers on the operator’s side to support the entire cycle of business processes.
The Mediation module collects, aggregates and processes information from telecom equipment and network devices for billing purposes.

System Development Timeline

A fully-featured event control and response module is created. Load testing is done to confirm that the solution can handle 5 million units. The usability is enhanced comprehensively. Real-time control capabilities are expanded dramatically.
MegaFon launches a federal service based on the M2M platform to serve customers across the entire territory of Russia. The GUI of the platform is standardized. The platform gets an open API.
Peter-Service and MegaFon sign a contract for the delivery of the software product; the M2M platform is deployed in 5 branches of the operator. Kyivstar, a leading telecom company in Ukraine, launches the M2M platform. New features are added to the M2M platform.
Clients start the operational testing of the platform.
The first production version of the solution is released.
A working prototype of the solution is created.
