First replicable billing information system PETER-SERVICE BIS created.
1997
Ministry of Communications Certificate for the replicated billing system supporting 300,000 subscribers. 1998
Launch of the international market for the first time: billing system supplied to a foreign company "KYIVSTAR GSM", Ukraine.
1999
First installation of the Peter-Service solution outside the former USSR for KKTCell (Turkey).
2000
Certification of PETER-SERVICE BIS supporting 2.6 million subscribers. Development of the first system in Russia to support roaming in the ТАР3 format and the first industrial interconnect system in Russia.
2001
First company branch opened in Moscow.
2002
Became a member of the international GSM Association (MoU). PETER-SERVICE BIS billing system certified as having 6.5 million subscribers. Company awarded the title of Oracle’s Best Regional Partner for the first time. Peter-Service is recognized as an Oracle competency centre thanks to the high quality of its systems and services.
2003
Certification of PETER-SERVICE ITC - the only Russian interconnect system for inter-operator settlements. Oracle awarded Peter-Service "Certified Partner" status.
2004
Convergent billing system PETER-SERVICE BISrt developed and then named the best innovation of the year. Interactive voice response system PETER-SERVICE IVR created. Novosibirsk branch opened. Peter-Service entered in the 3G Association.
2005
Certificate for compliance ISO 9001:2000 for the Peter-Service quality management system. Krasnodar branch opened. Peter-Service became the largest IBS production system, by number of subscribers, for the North-West Branch of MegaFon. Certification of PETER-SERVICE BIS supporting 16 million subscribers. PETER-SERVICE RSS roaming support system certified, allowing to process up to 100 million CDRs per month.
2006 Convergent billing first implemented. Ekaterinburg branch opened. Awarded the title of "Partner of the Year" in the Development category by Oracle CIS. 2007
Became a member of the international organization TeleManagement Forum. Samara branch opened. PETER-SERVICE RSS certified, allowing to process up to 600 million CDRs per month. Became a member of the European Telecommunications Standards Institute (ETSI).
2008
Certification of the billing system PETER-SERVICE BIS for 24 million subscribers. The biggest data-center in North-West Russia, built using cutting-edge, top-quality equipment, opened.
2009
Subsidiary "PETER-SERVICE UKRAINE" opened in Kiev, Ukraine. PETER-SERVICE BIS first introduced to WiMax-operator "UNT" (Ukrainian National Television), Ukraine.
2010
For the first time in Russia, users of fixed and mobile phone operating systems are transferred over to a uniform convergent billing system through "Uralsvyazinform" (Utel). 2011
Vladivostok branch opened. Rostelecom-Ural became the first Russian operator, using the convergent billing system introduced by Peter-Service, to combine four services in one package: fixed and mobile phone services, Internet, IPTV, (the QuadroPlay model). The first LTE-operator in Russia "Vainakh Telecom" chose Peter-Service solution.
