Alexander Garmashov Managing Director

Alexander Garmashov was born in 1953 in Khabarovsk Region. In 1976, he graduated from the Leningrad Mechanical Institute specializing in the production of aircraft.
Beginning in 1976, Mr. Garmashov worked at the Gidropribor Central Science and Research Institute as an engineer and as Chief Engineer. In 1992, he became Chief Engineer of the St. Petersburg inter-city and international toll station. In 1994, he began working as IT Director of Northwest GSM. Alexander Garmashov became the Managing Director of Peter-Service in 1996.
Mr. Garmashov is married and has two sons. His hobby is downhill skiing. |

Maxim Samsonov Deputy Managing Director

Maxim Samsonov was born on 29 June 1967. In 1991, he graduated from St. Petersburg State Polytechnic University specializing in engineering and mathematics with top honours.
Mr. Samsonov began his career in a representative office at the American company Typhoon Software Inc. He accrued great experience in the field of IT and outstanding commercial and marketing knowledge. He began working at Peter-Service in 1998 as Installation Manager. From 2000 to 2002, Mr. Samsonov was Marketing Director, and he became Peter-Service’s Director of New Developments in 2003. Since 1 January 2007, he has been First Deputy General Director.
Mr. Samsonov is married and has two daughters. His hobby is history. |

Igor Gorkov Deputy Managing Director

Igor Gorkov was born in Leningrad on 23 May 1970. In 1993, he graduated from Baltic State Technical University (Leningrad Mechanical Institute), Department of Automatic Control Systems. In 1996 he finished his postgraduate study at the University.
From 1996 to 2004, Mr. Gorkov worked as Project Manager for New Projects and was Deputy General Director at Peter-Service. From 2004 to 2005, Mr. Gorkov was involved in the foundation of Svyazintek and became its General Director. At the same time, he was the Advisor to the First Deputy Director of Svyazinvest. In 2006, Igor Gorkov rejoined Peter-Service to become Head of International Development and Sales and Marketing Director. From 2009 to 2011, Mr. Gorkov was Managing Director of SIGMA. In July 2011, he returned once more to Peter-Service and became Deputy Managing Director for Strategic Projects.
He holds a PhD in Technical Science.
Mr. Gorkov is married and has two children. His hobbies are martial arts and reading.

Ekaterina Manahova Commercial Director

Ekaterina Manakhova was born on November 27 in Kuibyshev. In 2002, she graduated with honours from Samara State Aerospace University, specializing in engineering and mathematics. In 2009, she received her MBA with a specialization in Strategic Management from the Moscow International Higher Business School.
She began her career in the Volga branch of MegaFon as a Billing Systems Engineer. Her collaboration with Peter-Service began in 2003 as a Senior Technical Support Engineer. From 2005 to 2006, she headed the technical support group in the Moscow branch; from 2006 to 2009, she headed the project team in the Moscow branch. On 1 January 2010, she was appointed as Head of the Client Services Department at the Moscow branch. On 1 March 2010, she was named Commercial Director.
Her hobby is interior design.

Vladislav Shmidt Director of Moscow branch

Vladislav Shmidt was born on 4 November 1974 in Baku. In 1996, he graduated from the Mathematics-Mechanics faculty of Baku State University with honours.
In 2000, he started working for StavTeleSot. In 2001, he became the company’s Chief Engineer. He took part in opening the branches of StavTeleSot in Kabardino-Balkaria and Karachaevo-Cherkesia. In 2002, Mr. Shmidt moved to the Moscow branch of Peter-Service, where he worked first as a software developer and then Head of Support and Leader of Group Projects. In 2006, he became the head of the Moscow branch.
He is single. His hobby is snorkeling. |

Konstantin Borodin Director of Novosibirsk branch

Konstantin Borodin was born in Novosibirsk on 11 June 1976. He graduated from Novosibirsk State Technical University in 1999 with a degree in nuclear physics.
He began his career in 2001 as an Oracle DB Administrator in the IT Department. From 2002 to 2003, he lectured on Oracle and Microsoft database technologies at the IT Academy. From 2003 to 2004, he worked as Head of Content Provider Support at Sibius International. In 2004, he became the head of the Peter-Service branch in Novosibirsk. He has Oracle and Microsoft certificates.
Konstantin is married and has two daughters. His hobby is bodybuilding. |

Igor Khlyst Director of Ekaterinburg branch

Igor Khlyst was born on 26 July 1965 in Sverdlovsk. In 1988, he graduated from the Radio Technology Department of Urals Polytechnic Institute with a degree in Radio Transmitting Devices.
He began working at NPO Avtomatika as an engineering designer in 1988. In 1999, he started working for Uralwestcom as the head of the Mobile Centre, then as Sales Director and Head of the Marketing Department. From 2005 to 2006, he was the Head of the Ekaterinburg branch of MediaSeti. Since 2006, he has been Director of the Ekaterinburg branch of Peter-Service.

Victor Mischenko was born on 2 June 1956 in Penza. In 1978, he graduated from the Novocherkassk Technical Institute with a degree in applied mathematics and electronic equipment theory.
In 1978, he started working at VNIIIS (Saransk), North-Caucasian Railway Administration (Rostov-on-Don), OKB Ikar CNPO Cascade (Krasnodar) as a software developer and Head of the Design Department. Since 2005, he has been Head of the Krasnodar branch of Peter-Service. He is a laureate of the Russian State Prize for Engineering Science.

Oleg Domaev was born on 23 June 1974 in Sorochinsk, Orenburg Region. In 1997, he graduated from Samara State Aerospace University with a degree in IT.
From 1997 to 2000, Oleg worked at Povolzhskiy Bank of Sberbank of Russia as Chief Engineer of the IT Department and Banking Services Automation. He then transferred to TransCreditBank as Chief Specialist and in 2003 was promoted to the Head of IT. In spring 2007, he moved to Peter-Service, where he became the Head of the Samara branch.

Alexander Kovalenko was born 28 June 1974 in Kiev, Ukraine. In 1997, he graduated from the Radio Engineering Department of Kiev Polytechnic Institute.
From 2001 to 2004, he worked as Manager of the Network Planning Department at Ukrainian New Technologies and MMDS Ukraine. He subsequently began working in the Ukrainian office of Huawei Technologies Co. as Marketing Director, and thereafter, in 2006, took the position of Vice President of Huawei Ukraine. In 2008, he gained valuable experience in the creation of a national broadband access operator working as Sales and Marketing Director at Freenet. Since February 2009, he has led the subsidiary company of Peter-Service Ukraine.

Dmitriy Tretyakov Director of Vladivostok branch

Dmitry Tretyakov was born 15 December 1976 in the Far East Primorsky Region of Russia in the city of Lesozavodsk. In 1999, he graduated from Ussuri State Pedagogical Institute with a degree from the Physics and Mathematics Department.
From 1999 to 2001, he worked in Lesozavodsk, first as a high school physics teacher and then as ORACLE DBA Administrator at the Tax Inspectorate. In 2001, he moved to Vladivostok, where he worked at PROTEK as a programmer and then as Head of the IT Department. In 2004, he worked in business intelligence integration for IPS. In 2005, he became the Head of Technical Support of the Far Eastern branch of SITRONICS Telecom Solutions. In 2011, he became Head of the Vladivostok branch of Peter-Service.
He is married and has three daughters. His hobbies are model boat construction and music. |
