Given the ever-increasing market needs for information technology, Peter-Service is developing a new concept - providing a highly intellectual service "Software as a Service." To that end, in October 2008, Peter-Service put into commercial service a professional data center, aimed towards corporate customers. The new data center is under security surveillance around the clock and is located not far from the metro station-Park Pobyedi.
 
The data center for Peter-Service consists of an area which is 480 m2 with an electrical output of 300 kW, supplied by two independent energy feeds. There is a diesel generator capacity of 400 kW and a fail-safe power supply system APC Symmetra with 320kVt. A water cooling system has been implemented with a total capacity of 244 kW of cold-productivity.  A back-up or stand-by system has been implemented for all the components of infrastructure and communications.
 
In the data center, Hewlett-Packard high end class hardware (Superdome, XP Storage, Blade servers) and infrastructural facilities of leading producers (APC, CISCO, Juniper, Brocade) have been installed. External communications are provided by two independent fiber-optic channels. It also provides the customer with the opportunity to enter and operate by his own channels.
