PETER-SERVICE DWH is designed to be used by telecom operators for analysis of problems and needs, motives and behavior of their subscribers. Such information is necessary to make various managerial and strategic decisions targeted at solution of the following tasks:

- Close integration with data sources, i.e. production systems developed by CJSC PETER-SERVICE; PETER-SERVICE DWH is updated in parallel with data sources (its new versions appear to correspond new versions of production systems);
- Availability of ready-made reports for each data mart within the product: this makes it possible to get results from deployment of PETER-SERVICE DWH very quickly; as for additional reports; they can be developed in the process of the product deployment and usage;
