Modern marketing actions require serious hardware and software support of IT infrastructure and operator partners involved in the action. But here a problem arises when members of the commercial units do not always know all the functions deployed in the company's OSS / BSS solutions and developers of these solutions do not fully understand the needs and tasks of these units.
 
As a result of lengthy iterations of the agreement, the introduction and development of market measures is often unacceptable for the business operator, while for the operator’s clients, it is not always translated into the best shape and channels. Such technology (with interaction between the operator and developer) reduces the operator’s marketing opportunities and the loyalty of its customers, which ultimately leads to direct financial losses and general dissatisfaction.
 
This service aims to achieve synergies from the joint staff of commercial units and consultant-analysts that develop OSS / BSS solutions in a single working group. It would reduce the time of marketing initiatives, increase their number and impact, as well as to more accurately measure feedback.
 
We are in no way a substitute for the work of merchants. Our task is to support and increase the operator’s efficiency of commercial services by providing on-line consultations in the acts of technical implementation. If the capacity of OSS / BSS solutions are not sufficient to implement marketing initiatives, within the bounds of this service we are implementing training requirements to improve the software and agree with their employer. Later within the bounds of the service we provide follow-ups for the finalization and implementation phases of software. By follow-up it is meant to advise our production units, further agreements with the customer’s details, and audit the implementation of the requirements specified by the Customer’s scenarios.
 
This service is provided by consultants/specialists with more than 10 years of practical experience in systems analysis and implementation of OSS / BSS solutions for telecommunications companies and possesses the necessary knowledge in the field of marketing. The latter allows a better understanding of the working group and raises the efficiency of joint work. The service is provided on an ongoing basis through the joint working group, in the form of a one-time audit of the planned marketing steps or in the form of ad hoc (on request) analysis.
 
Consultants collected a large knowledge base of marketing measures of leading Russian and foreign operators and the best way to implement them. Accordingly, our customers can gain access to the available base, which does not constitute trade secrets of other operators.
