The dictionary defines implementation as a movement forward against the resistance of its surroundings. We are far from thinking that everyone who uses software is considered to be part of this surrounding, but in any event, the launch of a complex set, which employs thousands, and from whose work the mood of millions of people depend on, is difficult to compare with the installation on your home computer program to simulate the living room.
Therefore we offer and provide:
- A Full cycle of works on preliminary research. In the course of this research the optimal set of software delivery and the volume of work necessary for its customization can be defined.
- A Full cycle of implementation, which may include the installation of DBMS software (Oracle), installation of proprietary software, Peter-Service, setting up of the software in accordance with business processes of a specific customer, putting all the required background information and, if necessary and relevant data migration. In most cases, work on the customer's site is placed within 1-2 months.
- Technical support like its own software products and products of Oracle. A particular level of support (SLA) can be chosen by the customer.
- Learning how to work with its own software products (including free software). We have fully equipped training centers in St. Petersburg and have extensive experience in conducting training for on-site products.
- Technical audit of its own software products and products of Oracle. The purpose of these audits is to check the quality of the software, optimizing the work, and making recommendations for routine maintenance.
