On the basis of its own data center Peter-Service offers a new service - Interconnect-billing System- which allows the execution of a full range of processes related to billing for the passage of transit traffic, simulation and verification of incoming tariff accounts of partners involved in connecting.
 
The foundation system is certified software of PETER-SERVICE ITC, which is used by major telecom operators in the Russian Federation, such as Rostelecom, Megafon, MTS, MTT as well as all inter-regional telecom operators.
 
Users of the Customer work with the system via the Internet through a VPN connection that guarantees the necessary degree of confidentiality of the information. The customer downloads the call data records to the interconnected system of billing and through standard applications carries out the function for the input and changes of inter-operator tariffs and other regulatory and background information. A customer is able to use all avenues of proven solutions, including the launch of statistical reports,   tariff simulations, and re-processing downloaded information on services. However, Peter-Service specialists, who possess the necessary qualifications and experience, are in charge of the following: administering the interconnected billing system, hardware efficiency, configuring and the administration of Oracle.
