CJSC “PETER-SERVICE”, a leading telecommunications software development company in Russia, has published its translation of the Telecommunication Application Map (TAM) into Russian at its site at www.billing.ru in order to enhance its cooperation with TeleManagement Forum, a global non-profit industry association. The translation is performed and the official poster is designed by specialists of Peter-Service. The map contents correspond to the official version of TAM Application Framework (version 4.2, release 4.0).
The accomplished result demonstrates specifics of the local telecommunication market, which has been dominated by Peter-Service for many years, and also shows the outstanding competence of the company staff in this field. The goal of the project was to create a distinctive and memorable design of the poster. The document has been approved by TM Forum experts and its further dissemination has been encouraged. The success of the project is proved by the fact that “MegaFon”, a major mobile operator of the country, has already started to use the translated version of TAM in order to inventory the software in use.
