Oracle CIS has summed up the results of operations done by partners’ network and has named best partners for 2007 on 27th of June in Moscow. The «Partner of the Year» award has been received by Peter-Service, the leading Russian developer of software solutions for the telecommunications, in nomination “Company Developer”.
