Certification tests of two replicated products of the Peter-Service company, the leading Russian provider of billing solutions for large telecom operators, were successfully completed. Certificate awarded to billing information system, PETER-SERVICE BIS, confirms its compliance with mandatory standard requirements, and the possibility to utilize PETER-SERVICE BIS in telecom networks with a capacity of up to 16 million subscribers. Another Certificate of compliance was awarded to the PETER-SERVICE RSS, the roaming support system that allows processing of up to 100 million Call Detail Records (CDRs) per month.

PETER-SERVICE BIS supports a full range of functions required by the operator to provide information support related to the current services to subscribers. Due to the PETER-SERVICE BIS characteristics that allow its integration with other applications, it is possible to reach a high performance level and a high reliability in information processing. The open data model of BIS allows designing interfaces with other systems, including those processing information in real-time mode. Besides, PETER-SERVICE BIS has a high level of scalability, allowing expanding capacity of the network without changing the architecture of the software. PETER-SERVICE RSS, Roaming Support System, was another Peter-Service product successfully certified. PETER-SERVICE RSS is designed to support the billing for those telecom operators who provide national and international roaming services, including the offset of mutual debt between operators. The system allows for the processing of up to 100 million CDRs per month. The main advantages of PETER-SERVICE RSS are a high performance level and reliability, along with scalability and fault-tolerant architecture, allowing this software solution to operate twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week.
