Peter-Service company, the leading developer of billing software for the telecom industry in Russia, has successfully launched a billing solution for JSC "Kaliningrad Mobile Network", a CDMA-450 operator in Kaliningrad who provides its services under the SkyLink brand.

“We now have a solid base to build up an integrated technological platform necessary to provide a voice telecom network and to transfer data to both corporate and individual subscribers of the SkyLink network,” – says Andrey Filimonov, member of the board of directors of JSC "Kaliningrad Mobile Network".

“Peter-Service billing solution allows our subscribers to use services available now in SkyLink–Kaliningrad,” – notes Yuri Chernobylets, Executive General Director for Business Development of SkyLink–Kaliningrad. “We hope to continue fruitful cooperation of our companies.”

This project marked another stage in cooperation of SkyLink and Peter-Service. In spring 2005, "Krasnodar Mobile Network", the SkyLink subsidiary, installed PETER-SERVICE BIS; some time later, an interactive client service complex designed on the base of PETER-SERVICE IVR was put there into operation.
