Peter-Service Company has successfully completed its first launch into the commercial operations of the newly developed PETER-SERVICE HEX system, designed to manage telecom equipment. Kyivstar, the largest Ukranian GSM operator, became the first customer to enjoy the benefits of this new software.

In the operator’s opinion, an implementation of PETER-SERVICE HEX significantly simplifies the administering of the billing system, as well as makes control of telecommunication equipment more transparent and predictable.

“Its revolutionary characteristics and functionality make this product dramatically different from the CCNT control centre that we used before. Using HEX finally allowed us to resolve the long-term problem of output increase of telecom equipment,” - noted A. Peshii, Head of the billing department of Kyivstar GSM. “It is worth mentioning that flexibility and a wide range of possibilities for algoritmization of the command handling process allow for the dynamic generation of sequences of control commands, and the capability to provide additional check-ups at the time of command execution.”

PETER-SERVICE HEX (HAS Equipment Control System) is the newest software development of Peter-Service. The system was designed to control the telecom operator’s equipment, such as switchboards, voicemail and prepaid systems. HEX ensures advanced tracing, monitoring and troubleshooting tools. In addition, the system’s distinguished high performance rate, flexibility in configuration options, and manageability have a major impact on effectiveness of the telecom operator business.
