Peter-Service strengthens its position in the Urals

“Peter-Service” company, a leading national manufacturer of telecommunications billing solutions, continues its active expansion into the regions of Russia. A new division of the company has just been registered in Ekaterinburg.

Opening of the new regional branch in the Urals is another step towards fulfillment of the Peter-Service’s strategy of improving relations with existing customers and expanding new customer base.

“The fact that Peter-Service is developing rapidly is no secret. In current situation we think it imperative for the company to strengthen its positions in the regions. In the Urals we work with two major operators - “Ural GSM”, a subsidiary of “MegaFone”, and “Uralsvyazinform”. In order to understand our clients’ needs better and meet those needs in a timely fashion we should be located closer to them. Opening of such an office would not only facilitate our cooperation but also open new prospects for further relations. “- said Alexander Inchenkov, Peter-Service regional development Director.

Igor Khlyst, former head of the “MediaNet’s” Ekaterinburg branch, has accepted the offer to be the director of the new Peter-Service representative office. Mr. Khlyst graduated from Ural Polytechnic Institute with the degree in Radio Engineering in 1988 and from Ural-Siberian Business Institute with the degree in Integrative Marketing in 2003. In addition, Mr. Khlyst has wide hands-on experience in telecommunications, management and marketing.

Ekaterinburg office is Peter-Service’s forth regional division. The Krasnodar branch was opened last December, and Moscow and Novosibirsk offices have been operating for a number of years.
