Peter-Service, the leading Russian software developer focused on advanced billing solutions for telecom sector, has signed an agreement with Kyivstar, the biggest GSM operator in Ukraine, to supply the convergent billing solution PETER-SERVICE BISrt.

All this will certainly raise the loyalty of our clients. Among the advantages that operator will get working with the convergent billing solution PETER-SERVICE BISrt there are instruments for the implementation of different marketing tasks, including various tariff plans, complex discounts of any type and also reduction of risks of misusage. Moreover, it will become possible to get financial reports for prepaid subscribers (including corporative), to efficiently control expenses and also to widen the spectrum of accessible services that follows from the option to choose either contract or prepaid tariff plans.

Peter-Service and Kyivstar successfully cooperate already for eight years. In 1998 the procurement of billing and information system PETER-SERVICE BIS to the Ukrainian mobile operator became the first foreign project for the Company. Currently Kyivstar operates other products of Peter-Service as well, including roaming support system PETER-SERVICE RSS, high-performance raiting server PETER-SERVICE HRS, high-performance application server PETER-SERVICE HAS and also the new system of control of the telecom equipment PETER-SERVICE HEX.
