Peter-Service, the leading Russian developer of software for the telecommunications industry, proved the wide possibilities of its high-performance rating server PETER-SERVICE HRS that provided the algorithms of calls tariffing, which were not used before by the major Ukrainian telecom operator “Kyivstar”.
As a successful result of the project the operator got possibility to rate calls that fall to the timing limits and also assign the cost of one second of conversation (including tax). Besides PETER-SERVICE HRS now fulfils the control by rating the prepaid platform used in Kyivstar, which is: revising the online tariffing with offline data, showing up the loss of round-up call cost, controlling the accuracy of rating of free services along with GPRS traffic and SMS that appreciably affect the cost reduce for the operator.
Besides standard set of functions of the rating server PETER-SERVICE HRS that is actively used by telecom operators, determination of algorithm of rating call based on the subscriber’s and the partner’s roaming data, recoil and re-tariffication of call costs, pre- and post- rating while using the online и offline services can be marked out.
The new application of high-performance rating server PETER-SERVICE HRS in Kyivstar demonstrates its wide functionality, easy adaptation and flexibility, as well as opens the large prospect for the realization of different marketing tasks of telecom operators.
