Igor Gorkov

Peter-Service has announced the new position in the company – Director of sales and marketing. According to the decision of Board of Directors from the 1st of November Igor Gorkov fulfills the position mentioned above. New position was introduced due to successful development of Peter-Service and to the new marketing policy concentrating on the active expansion to the foreign markets.

Responsibilities of Igor Gorkov will include the development of strategy of expansion of Peter-Service and products to the foreign markets, market analysis, planning and controlling of the different marketing activities, elaboration and coordination of the loyalty program of clients, estimation of the efficiency of marketing operations.

Igor Gorkov started working with Peter-Service in 1996 and through these years has proved himself as a competent and highly qualified specialist, experienced strategist and talented manager. In 1993 Igor has graduated from the Leningrad Mechanical Institute with the highest honors. After he has completed thesis from Baltic State Technical University and has the candidate of science degree. In 2004-2005 Mr. Gorkov was involved into the foundation of the company “Svyazintec” and became after all its General Director. At the same time he was the advisor to the first Deputy Director of “Svyazinvest”. In 2006 Igor Gorkov joined Peter-Service again to become the head of international development.
