SkyLink the major CDMA-operator in Russia and CIS began exploitation of the network in Khabarovsk region. There were installed two Peter-Service products at once in Sky Link during this project: billing information system PETER-SERVICE BIS and high-performance rating server PETER-SERVICE HRS.

The installation of billing system and rating server was accomplished in May 2006 and already in September the complex was brought into the commercial exploitation. Efficacious collaboration between SkyLink and Peter-Service specialists has allowed deciding to the optimal period all questions regarding the preparation and launch of the information-billing system.

PETER-SERVICE BIS billing information system automatizes the business activities of fixed telecom operators, GSM and CDMA operators, digital television operators, as well as operators deploying several networks of the above mentioned standards at a time. PETER-SERVICE BIS supports the full cycle of functions related to the current services to customers (money control, work with payments, conditional crediting, issuing monthly and extra bills and controlling their delivery, changing the set of services, marketing campaigns).

The high-performance PETER-SERVICE HRS rating server is aimed for calculating the costs of calls made by the subscribers of a fixed telecom operator, a GSM operator or a CDMA operator. Along with that it is aimed to cache initial data, assessing account entries and saving assessment results, roll-back and re-assessment of account entries.
