Peter-Service launched into commercial exploitation billing system of its own production PETER-SERVICE BIS for the OJSC "Multiregional TransitTelecom" (МТТ). This billing information system gives operator possibilities for providing services on long-distance and international connection both to legal and natural persons.

Functional potential of PETER-SERVICE BIS upholds payments with agents well as direct activities with end-users. Signing a direct agreement gives operators an opportunity to provide telecom services with more flexibility and to be client-oriented. The system provides automation of processes of client-interaction, simplifies handling of appeals and payments.

Installation of PETER-SERVICE BIS in OJSC "Multiregional TransitTelecom" became the next step in cooperation between two companies. The first project – installation of interconnect system PETER-SERVICE ITC to the operator – was successfully finished in August 2005.
