Peter-Service was registered on March 3rd of 1992 and from the very begging became the leading software developer for the Russian IT market and telecommunications industry. Right in the year of its foundation Peter-Service has developed the first Russian billing system and successfully implemented it to telecom operator Delta Telecom. In 1994 the first Russian calling card system introduced by Peter-Service was brought into exploitation.

In 1996 Peter-Service became the first Russian developer, which introduced the convergent billing system and in 2000 the company was the first on the Russian telecommunications market who beforehand realized the new direction of billing systems evolution: the company focused on the OSS/BSS model. Above all Peter-Service was the first in Russia who created roaming support system and interconnect system for telecom operators. Every year the range of Peter-Service projects was growing rapidly and by the end of 2006 unexampled installation of convergent billing that is servicing now more then 30 million subscribers of mobile operator Megafon was accomplished.

Peter-Service’s staff – the main company’s power – during 15 years has gained a lot of experience realizing the important projects. Upholding the highest quality of services and most of all implementations along with the technical support in the close cooperation with clients – is one of the major company’s goals. That’s why Peter-Service has opened 5 branches in Russia and is planning to enlarge the network of its offices.
