Peter-Service, a leading developer of software for the telecommunications networks, has installed the interconnect system at UTK. This system is intended for support of calculations between telecom operators, including the transit operators and operators, which service the end users. Besides the installation of the interconnect system and building the program complex, there was the adoption of solution realized, new reports were developed and the integration of PETER-SERVICE ITC with the systems, that are already installed in UTK, was performed.

Being one of the biggest MRK, UTK has the common points of contact with over 300 telecom operators in South Federal district. Due to the installation of PETER-SERVICE ITC, UTK got the opportunity to uphold the calculations between telecom operators according to the new regulations of Ministry of Information Technologies and Communications of the Russian Federation.
