PETER-SERVICE HRS
HRS is used to calculate the costs of calls for subscribers of a fixed telephony operator, GSM or CDMA operators. The standard set of APS PETER-SERVICE HRS features includes the evaluation and assessment of call algorithms based on subscriber and roaming partner data, as well as the re-evaluation of rollback calls, pre - and post-billing of calls which use on-line and off-line services, etc. The operator is able to charge calls which overlap time parameters of calling plans to the second (subject to tax). In addition, APS PETER-SERVICE HRS has actualized the on-line monitoring of charges via data streaming in off-line, as well as rounding off losses in the value of a call, and accuracy in charges for complimentary services within GPRS and SMS traffic.
PETER-SERVICE RSS
Purpose: Information support between mutual operators that provide national and international roaming services within GSM and CDMA standards, as well as broker and Data Clearing House roaming services. This product is capable of processing 600 million CDRs (call detail records) per month, i.e. 30 million per day (!), a phenomenal speed which has been proven through testing at the IBM Innovation Center in Moscow. A national carrier operating under such a high traffic volume can process their transactions with four-fold efficiency. The technological capabilities of this product have already been judged on merit by leading operators in the Russian cellular market.

Certificates obtained by Peter-Service have corroborated the compliance of their product line with specifications required by the federal government, and guarantee its compatibility with certified equipment operators.
