Peter-Service in cooperation with HP, the global supplier of key information technologies to corporate clients and end consumers, has started work on integration of the PETER-SERVICE BISrt, a convergent billing solution, with HP OpenCall Service Access Controller, the platform for intellectual networks.
The joint integrated solution of Peter-Service and HP companies is a full-fledged complex for convergent billing that allows both mobile and fixed operators to minimize the risks of unsanctioned use of telecom services by monitoring them in real-time mode. What’s more, this software solution allows telecom operators to develop additional services on the basis of this IN-platform within a short period of time.
“Peter-Service company is one of the most important players in the telecommunications market,” – says Sergei Lobov, Director of the Department of Corporate Solutions and Products, HP CIS. “We are glad to have this opportunity to work jointly on the solution that will allow telecom operators to reach a higher level in billing and providing additional services to their customers. We are certain that our joint software solution will be well received by all mobile and fixed telecom operators in Russia and CIS countries.”
The convergent billing solution PETER-SERVICE BISrt is a combination of products and service options that allow for the utilization of positive characteristics of both prepaid and postpaid platforms, and simultaneous billing of services in real time mode for all types of subscribers. In 2004, PETER-SERVICE BISrt was named the “Product of the year” by the Committee of the international forum “Billing. IT Telecom”. In 2005, the largest installation of the Peter-Service convergent billing solution was carried out for the “MegaFon– Northern Caucasus” telecom operator.
