Leading Russian developer of CRM and billing systems for telecom operators “Peter-Service” has demonstrated the great potential of its information and billing system PETER-SERVICE BIS, which helped to enable the successful completion of the first phase of a support services project with the market leader in the Ukrainian fixed telecommunication, “Kievstar.”
During the first phase, combined efforts from employees of both companies were used to analyze the business processes involved in providing services to subscribers of fixed telephone lines, which included a full range of actions from the conception of subscriber contracts and facilities within its billing system up to the closure and termination of subscriber contracts. According to the analysis results, the necessary configuration adjustments were made to PETER-SERVICE BIS, which allowed for full compliance with the operator requirements in the provision of fixed telephone services to subscribers.
Thanks to the success of the project’s initial phase, the Ukrainian operator was able to unify its service model for both fixed and mobile communications subscribers, expand its range of services, and, in doing so, strengthen the loyalty of existing corporate clients while attracting new ones.
This was not the first collaboration between the two companies. Peter-Service and KievStar have successfully been collaborating for the last ten years.
