Peter Service, the leading Russian developer of billing and CRM systems in telecommunications, has successfully completed the introduction of the inter-operator billing system PETER-SERVICE ITC in the largest operator of telecommunications services in Turkmenistan - "Barash Communication Technologies Inc." (BCTI), a subsidiary of OAO "MTS".
The system PETER-SERVICE ITC is for inter-operator billing support between companies-operators, including operators of transit hubs of communication and telecom operators that provide services to the end users. The wide array of functions, ease of use and optimal price of exploitation makes this system unique.
At the end of July, the installation and configuring of the inter-operator billing support software was completed in the company BCTI During the standard work of installation, the integration of PETER-SERVICE ITC was realized with hardware systems, pre-existing in BCTI.
Therefore, thanks to the solution of Peter-Service, the Turkmen telecom operator had the opportunity to be more effective in organizing its work and cooperation with telecom operators in regards to traffic and inter-operator billing.
This was the first project that was completed between the companies BCTI and Peter-Service. The successful installation of the inter-operator billing system PETER-SERVICE ITC in Turkmenistan has allowed Peter-Service once again to expand geographically the use of its products.
