In late January of this year, "Peter-Service, a leading Russian developer of billing and CRM systems for the telecommunications industry, has successfully completed the implementation of an inter-connect billing system of JSC« K-Telecom »(VivaCell-MTS), a subsidiary of the leading cellular operator in Armenia, whose services are used by more than 2 million subscribers.
The system PETER-SERVICE ITC provides inter-connect billing support between operators, including operators of transit hubs, and network operators that provide services to end users. The main technical characteristics of PETER-SERVICE ITC is a modular structure that enables rapid technical support, as well as high performance and scalability.
Installation and configuration of the software to support inter-connect billing in VivaCell-MTS was completed earlier this year. According to the standard procedure of implementation, the integration was implemented by PETER-SERVICE ITC with hardware-software complexes that the customer already possessed.
Thus, thanks to the solution of Peter-Service, the leading operator of Armenia has been able to more effectively organize work with operators in regards to the passing through traffic and inter-connect billing.
