The information and billing system of Peter-Service is a set of interacting software products based on an automated payment system «PETER-SERVICE BFN». The complex also includes high-speed server pricing «PETER-SERVICE HRS», contact management system «PETER-SERVICE CRM_CMS», an inter-connect billing system «PETER-SERVICE ITC» and several other products, providing accounting and other services to subscribers of telecom operators.

 

The information and billing system replaced the many diverse billing systems used hitherto in the branches of N.W. Telecom, and ensures the unity of payment technologies and services to more than 5 million subscribers from Kaliningrad to Vorkuta. As a result of installing the software of Peter-Service, OJSC «North-West Telecom» has been able to proceed in the exploitation of information systems in a single center in St. Petersburg, to ensure standardization and the flexibility of business processes through integration with the systems of technical accounting, subscriber web-portal , hardware services management , which allows to control at the same time broadband access, including IPTV, and generally, to accelerate the introduction of modern technologies and services.
