This year marks 5 years since the appearance of this solution on the telecommunication market. Revolutionary character and its success for that time depended on a unified data model and allowed us not only to immediately serve the different classes of subscribers (prepaid, postpaid, subscribers to the system of advance payment), but also offer a «mixed» model where an arbitrary set of services of the subscriber is monitored in real-time, and a part - in other modes. Implementation of «true convergence» then allowed within a very short time to make an avalanche-like replacement which was being operated at that time by hybrid prepaid-systems of different manufacturers for the product of Peter-Service. At the time of this substitution to the product BISrt the information to be migrated was for more than 20 million subscribers.

The increasing saturation of the telecommunications market followed by caller saturation «deficit» has forced operators to expand their list of services, improve service quality, and develop 3G, WiMAX and fixed broadband access networks.
